Seoul skylineTo teach conversational English in Korea, one does not require formal teaching experience.

  • You should have at least a BA from recognized university, in any area of study.
  • You should have the flexibility to understand different cultures.
  • You should be a patient person.
  • You should be a serious applicant.


We suggest that if you are serious about a position in Korea, you should have the following pieces of documentation and information handy:

  • Original degree.
  • Original, or a copy of your transcript.
  • A current passport.
  • The telephone number and address of the nearest Korean consulate or embassy.

Duties
The main duties of the Instructor shall consist of the following:

  • ESL Instructor in any and all phases of the curriculum of Institute.
  • Substituting, making up classes, performing open lectures, level testing and counseling.
  • Development of educational programs and materials.
  • Preparing class plans and materials.
  • Administrative duties related to classroom duties.
  • Attendance at faculty meetings and workshops.
  • Other activities related to the business of the Institute and its holding company.

Scheduling
The Institute shall have the sole right to schedule classes for the Instructor.
