This is the place where I get to shamelessly promote people I hope one day will shamelessly promote my webpage!

Giant in the Playground/Order of the Stick

More web-comic hilarity. This time based on Dungeons and Dragons. It is priceless. If you don't check it out, then you are missing something in life. Not only is Rich Burlew (THE Giant in the Playground) a hilarious web-comic 'artist', he is also a game designer. He has generously given us some good Open Content Gaming he has developed. He is also working on a campaign setting. He is a well rounded fellow, who, if you are into D&D at all, you should really check out.

Pentagram

A lot of people look at Ultima 8 as a black sheep of the series. But I think it is a good game; that last in the series really. It is worth a look at, and with Pentagram you can play it today! Like Exult, Pentagram allows the users of today to play the old Ultima games on the newer computers. All you need is the game itself (from the Ultima Collection CD) and Pentagram and you can play this beautiful game! It is still in development, though!

Wizards of The Coast: D&D

Oh TSR... where did you go? What did you stand for? Does it matter? Not when Third Edition exists. For everything D&D, straight from the guys who made it, head over here. It is a D&D players best friend, and a DM's best ally.

CrystalBall for Macintosh

This program, if you are a DM, is one hell of a life saver. It's like having little gnomes sitting behind your DM screen rolling dice and doing math for you. There is now a CrystalBall Lite for Windows and MacOSX. The newest version of CrystalBall will be for Windows as well, but it taking a long time to complete. But, we all have patience right?
Nevertheless, it's worth the money, so help this guy out. From one DM to another, its good stuff.

OpenRPG

No matter how fanatical you are about D&D, it is always hard to organize. The wonders of the internet make it possible. OpenRPG is your tool to playing D&D on the web, and it is just the tool we all need.
If you are sane, and thus have a Mac, OpenRPG wil test that sanity. It will also teach you a lesson about how to use your computer. If you are up to getting your hands wet and delving into UNIX to get this program to work on your computer, click here. This is how I got the program to work, and hopefully, it'll work for you too.

Chrono Symphonic: Chrono Trigger ReMix Project

For those who loved the music for this game, here is a beautiful remix of the soundtrack. It may not have every track, but it is stil beautiful. Quality music for those who loved the game.

Generic Collectible Card Game

Another gem, the GCCG allows us who have played Magic: the Gathering, or more importantly, the Middle-Earth CCG from ICE to join a community where the games could be played online against like-minded people. I use it to play the occasional Middle-Earth game, and I love it. It brings me back to the days when this, the king of all CCGs was available. It reminds me how awesome this game is. The program itself is easy to use, and works on a multitude of platforms.
