OpenRPG, you my bitch!
I have decided that the role-playing group I am a part of should start playing online, in order for us to play more D&D. I'm not suggesting that we lose the coveted pen & paper social sessions on the weekend, just add some more D&D to our lives.
One wonderful program for such a thing is OpenRPG. From looking at the site, and understanding what this program is allowing you to do, I, and my friends, were rather excited. After finishing my last essay of the school year last night, I downloaded the programs required to run this beauty. Sadly, it didn't work. There are some bugs in the OS X version. Anyway, I finally got it working after almost three hours of work. I had to trudge through the online help forums for the answer. And eventually found it, spread across a variety of questions and answers.
I am, somewhere on my webpage, going to post the answers that worked for me, in case anyone else out there wants to know how to install, and run OpenRPG.
