MICROWAVE E.A.S.
The Microwave EAS is an system designed to be out of the way by having two microwave units high on the walls just before the exit. An antenna is placed on the wall above the exit doors. This antenna signals the wall units of any item leaving the store that hasn't been deactivated thus sounding the alarm. Each unit is capable of detecting tags up to 30 feet away and can be configured to cover any size of entrance.
This system is not noticed by the average thiefs and catches them off guard.
