A $100.00 deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance of accomodation and boat rentals are to be paid in full upon arrival. In the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to reservation date, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 handling charge. Management declines responsibility for any lost articles or any accidents.
