"Thank you for making my stay at the camp wonderful. I learned so much about riding even though it was my first week. Thank you so much and I can't wait until next year when I can see Maya again. I am definitely coming back next year. Thank you once again and please say Hi to Maya for me."

"I wanted to say how MUCH Rachel and Michelle LOVED camp!! I mean, they absolutely had a super marvellous time. They are both angling hard for 2 weeks next year. You and your family are really creating something special up there. I feel so lucky that my girls get to benefit from your kindness, hard work, beautiful location and lovely horses.
Thanks again so much -- the girls had a most memorable time and absolutely loved. it. They now sit and talk about horses, CIT's, camp, etc."

"Hey, it's Megan, I just left camp yesterday and I already miss it! I wish I could have stayed longer. I saw on your website that Bucky easily jumps 3'. You could say that about 3'6" and not be lieing. He was jumping with ease! I just wanted to say how much I missed the camp and everyone in it. Hopefully I'll be back next year. Y'all haven't heard the last from me!"

"I was so impressed by my daughter's riding skills in your camper rodeo. She was not confident enough in her other riding lessons to be taken off the lead line and here she was trotting! "

"Just wanted to let you know what a great time the girls had at camp. They are still talking about their adventures. Pat and I were impressed with the organization and facilities at the camp. The girls are going to continue with lessons this fall and perhaps they might spend another week in Boulter next year.

"Olivia enjoyed her stay at camp. She had a difficult first day with her pony, but we really appreciate the extra time your instructors took to help her with her riding skills. I was impressed with her riding in the rodeo!"

We arrived late Friday night, 3 cabins (with real beds and equipped kitchens awaited us). After settling in and a snack and settling down, our adventure would begin tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. Jo-Anne Boyko (a Guider) and family had tailor-made a riding camp for beginners like us.
Attention to detail, safety, fun and of course horses. Jo-Anne ran a program for us and all the leaders had to do was participate in the program, feed the girls and have campfire. The program was run in three groups, riding, handling on the ground and grooming - each group rotating every hour. After lunch another three sets of horse stuff (including riding again) began. The program kept the girls outside and busy with horse stuff until 5:00 p.m. After that the girls were ours again, supper, clean up and campfire. What an enjoyable day!
Sunday was trail ride day. We divided into four groups this time and each group would ride for an hour. The rest of us packed up and made lunch.
The scenery was breathtaking, the people wonderful. Each girl left Quiet Place with a sense of accomplishment and achievement they got from being able to handle and ride a horse and nobody left disheartened or discouraged. Jo-Anne and family made sure each and every experience was a happy one.
I highly recommend Quiet Place for a camp for girls. They also have tenting, canoeing, hiking and swimming available."
