Fostering is a family commitment, it is one of the most important decisions a family can make. Fostering for us has been a very positive experience, it has been our way of life for the past 16 years. Yes, it is not without its challenges, however those same challenges have helped us to develop our skills to meet the needs of the children we have cared for.

    We have always been proud as a foster family, the rewards and memories we have been able to share with so many of the young people who have lived with us has made it all worth while. Our home is a busy one, very seldom do we not have a full house. I am thankful for the warm environment in which we live. It has been a good life, we truly enjoy the work we as a family do. It is sad when someone leaves but then the door opens and we start all over again with someone new.

    Our goal as a family is to try, in our own way to make a difference.
