Hot Cocoa

Take a pot. Fill it with however many number of cups of milk you want to make.

Set the pot on the stove, but don't turn the burner on yet.

Add liquid chocolate sauce- as much as you like. (Powder makes the milk burn easier on the bottom of the pan.)

With a fork or spoon, stir until consistent in color.

Now turn on the heat.

While the milk is warming, add a small amount of vanilla, a pinch of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, and a really tiny pinch of clove. Stir.

Get cups ready. Fill bottom 1/3- 1/4 of each mug with whipped cream.

(Watch and make sure that milk does not skin over.)

When the mix in the pot is hot, just before it starts bubbling, remove pan from heat, and pour over whipped cream in mug.

Add more whipped cream over the top, and sprinkle on some more cinnamon.

Enjoy!
