Counting Meditation ExerciseHere is another meditation exercise you can try out. Get relaxed and comfortable, ground and center yourself as you see fit. Then when you're sufficiently relaxed, just count. Count up from 1. Everytime you have a stray thought enter your head, start over again. Stuff usually like, "I feel stupid counting" or "why am I count?". . . if you can reach 3 without a thought, consider yourself doing good. Once you're in the state you're attempting to get to, you can do whatever you like. ~Xanth
