Psi-Balls ExerciseSit down, center and ground yourself. That means calm your emotions and your thoughts, and release all excess energy into the earth. Once you're sufficiently relaxed place one hand on top of the other, palm to palm. Bring them apart as if you were holding a ball. Hold them wide enough so that they're not touching eachother. Now, visualize your your body as a soft flowing river throughout. Using your mind, flow all that water into the palms of your hands, shaping it with your mind into a ball. Most people want to see the ball, but that might not come for a long while. Feeling it is actually more important. As you're channeling the 'water' into your hands sense/feel ANY changes between your palms, everyone feels it slightly different but generally you should feel either a tingling, cold, warm, or hot sensations. That will indicate to you that you're actually creating one. To sustain it, simply keep focus on the ball within your palms feeding it a little energy continuously. Now that you've created a Psi-Ball and are able to sustain it, you'll eventually want to either re-absorb the energy within you or just release it into the universe. ~Xanth
