Buying a new home or condominium is a huge decision. It's even more stressful when you're buying a unit from plans: you may not see the actual suite for months or even years.

VRoom 3D offers high-quality, very affordable, virtual-reality visualizations of new homes and condominiums. We start by using your floorplans to create a 3D computer model of your space. Then we place cameras into the model. The cameras can take still pictures from any vantage point, and can make animated flythroughs to give you the sense of walking through the space. This puts you INTO the space, not just looking at it from outside or above.

The 3D model can be easily modified to explore different layout options, colours, and finishes. We can even place your existing furniture into the model to give you a much better sense of scale.

Output can be delivered in your choice of formats: high-quality prints, CD-ROMs (PC or Mac), VHS video cassettes, DVDs, and 16x9 format for HDTV.
