(Warning, several large images!)
Recently, I got a 64C which worked well but had a horribly yellowed case. I had heard about some special paint called "Krylon Fusion" that was supposed to bind well to plastic. So I picked up a can for $7 (that cost more than the 64C did!) of the "Patriot Blue" color to use on the case, from Canadian Tire. They also have a color called "River Rock" which looks similar to the 64C original color, but I wanted to be adventurous.
.

I put masking tape over the "Commodore 64" label and gave it several light coats, as per instructions.

Finished! Two long hours later, it's touch-dry for handling.

Put it all back together, along with the "good" keyboard. Looks awesome!

One final touch: A case badge from a (totally dead, long discarded) Commodore PC-10III. Note the case texture at the bottom left.

Ready to run!!
