(b) Consent to Disclosure to Responsible Client or All About Gillian Alliance Member - If you are an employee, agent or other representative of a of Wheel & Tire Zone member or subscriber (a "Wheel & Tire Zone Customer") or of a Wheel & Tire Zone Alliance or Partner member, you are deemed to consent to Wheel & Tire Zone disclosing information to the Wheel & Tire Zone Customer or Wheel & Tire Zone Alliance and Partner member regarding your use of the Web site.

(c) Consent to Disclose to Wheel & Tire Zone Alliance and Partner Members - Unless you instruct us to the contrary, you are deemed to have consented consent to Wheel & Tire Zone providing your personally identifiable information to Wheel & Tire Zone Alliance and Partner members. Before personally identifiable information is disclosed, the recipient Wheel & Tire Zone Alliance and Partner member will agree with Wheel & Tire Zone to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Wheel & Tire Zone Alliance and Partner members may use your personally identifiable information to provide you with email or other information about their products and services and other matters. If at any time you do not wish us to continue providing your personally identifiable information to Wheel & Tire Zone Alliance or Partner members, please notify Wheel & Tire Zone immediately at webmaster@wheelandtirezone.com.

(d) Disclosure Required or Permitted by Law - In certain circumstances, the law may require or permit All About Gillian to disclose your personally identifiable information without your knowledge or specific consent.
