Dear Sir:
On February 7, 1997, I sent a fax to you (416-***-****), but I didn't receive an answer.
It is possible that you didn't get my fax, and you were not informed about the content of it. Therefore, I attach a copy of it, and I will be very grateful to you if you can give me an answer.
I understand and appreciate the government's efforts to cut some extra services, but, in the same way, I consider that the government must help people to get jobs.
Thank you very much for your collaboration in this matter.
Sincerely yours,
Ioan Moraru

Dear Sir:
On December 16, 1996 I had a telephone discussion with M*. ******* (No. *1) regarding the possibility to cover my expenses for going to a job interview in Ottawa. He told me that he could not do this because in the past the people abused this system. But if I bring a letter-proof on this matter, he can do this. I have to mention that I spoke with the worker *1 because my caseworker (*2) was absent at that time from the office. I sent a confirmation letter to my caseworker (*2), but he told me that he cannot cover my expenses because the Social Services do not provide this kind of service any longer. Also, I spoke with the worker *1, but for this time he told me that he didn't guarantee me that he can cover my expenses, and he will not discuss on this matter with the worker *2.
Therefore, please try to resolve this problem because the amount of $49.99 represents a lot of money for me in the conditions in which the government cut $300 per month from my social assistance. I cannot afford to spend such an amount even though I have to go to a job interview.
Thank you for your decision on this matter.
Sincerely yours,
Ioan Moraru
