  I have reviewed your letter stating that you will use your other "democratic
rights" until my office makes a correct decision with respect to investigating
your complaint about the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

  You have not provided any additional information which would lead me to
change my view with respect to your case. Accordingly your file will remain
closed.

  As this is the third time that my office has considered a request to reopen your
file, in the future, I will respond only to correspondence that raises new
concerns. Any other communications relating to this complaint will not be
