This will confirm that Mr. loan Moraru was employed by the Ministry of Environment and Energy from May 1995 to September 1995 as a systems support officer. He provided systems support for approximately thirty employees of the Investigations and Enforcement Branch at head office as well as regional/district offices throughout the province.

Mr. Moraru fulfilled these duties in an efficient and competent manner and his expertise and experience proved to be a great asset to our branch. He completed projects and resolved computer related problems independently and provided advice and customer service to branch staff. As a computer professional he required minimal training or guidance which contributed significantly to his productivity.
