| Dear Ms. ******: |
|
| RE: | Ioan Moraru and Ministry of Environment and Energy File No: ******** |
| After we spoke by phone on
Tuesday, April 27, 1999, 1 received your two letters
(with the same content) dated April 26, 1999, via regular mail and priority post. |
|
| As I already mentioned in my
voice message left on Friday 23, 1999 in the afternoon, I
am respectfully asking again for some time in order to gather all documents and to identify a few witnesses as you asked me in your first letter dated March 8, 1999. As you pointed out in your letter, "some officers may have relevant information" which I expect to be very important for my case. In addition, I experience some family problems, and I have to go with my daughter to consult a doctor as soon as possible. Therefore, in these circumstances, I regret that we cannot meet on our first meeting scheduled m Monday, May 3rd, 1999 at 10:30 a.m. |
|
| It is regrettable that my
file has been kept on hold at your office for almost
three years, and now I have to deal with the pressure of time. Once again, please allow me some extra time in order to be well prepared for our first official meeting. |
|
| Sincerely yours, |
|
| Ioan Moraru | |
