| Dear
Mr. Moraru: |

| -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | |
Further to my several telephone attempts and voice messages of past week, I would ask you to contact me and arrange to come to the office to sign your Witness Statement which was taken by telephone on March 5, 1999. |
|
| In
your voice message received today, you indicated you
needed some time to collect documents and to determine witnesses. In my voice message of today, I indicated you had advised me this office had all the documentation and I offered to review the documentation with you to ensure the office does have it. Additionally, you spoke of witnesses, again which I asked you to provide in our telephone interview of March 5, 1999 and which you indicated only **** ******, and **** ******. |
|
| In
any event, it is not necessary to have this in order for
you to come in and sign your Witness Statement. So again, kindly contact me to make arrangements to come into the office. |
|
| I
would also advise that I will be out of the office for
the majority of the week of May 3 - 7 and the following week; therefore, I would ask your consideration in attending to this matter as early as possible. |
|
| Yours sincerely, | |
