To Whom It May Concern

The foundation of a real democracy requires that the negative and disastrous effects of the government's policy must be included in the feedback of the system, and this feedback must be known by the system's officials and members of society as well. This is the usual and democratic way of regulating or correcting a social system. However, the system cannot be corrected only by criticizing the effect of the cause, but by eliminating the cause of the effect which is the system's law itself. If, eventually, the system's feedback is not appropriately to the input of correction, it means that something is wrong with the ways of information or the state of the system. In other words, the system can be insufficient or inappropriately informed, misled, insensible, or out of control, and its abnormal state, usually an economic or social crisis, could lead to other ways of correction, sometimes the violent ones.

As you could notice from the contents of this Home Page, the Ontario government, known as the Harris government, ignored the fundamental rights of people in this province by amending, abrogating and violating the Canadian laws. Moreover, this government has violated the International Conventions on human, civil and political rights as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms Racial Discrimination, and International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Canada has won its international reputation by respecting and promoting all of these international fundamental rights. That's how it was like when I came to this country, and it should remain like that, a model for the entire world.

If you are concerned about civil liberties and human rights, and would like to join me in order to restore and preserve these rights, please make known this Web Site to your friends. If I am today a victim of intolerable discriminations and abuses, tomorrow it will be the turn of somebody else who could be your children, your wife, your relatives, or even yourself if our voices are not heard. Only together we can make a change, but our voices must be part of the feedback.

Thank you so much,
