The company authorized for testing is called Sylvan Prometric, and the phone numbers for
registration are as following:

  • 1-800-755-EXAM for MCSE
  • 1-800-733-EXAM for CNE.
When you call for registration, you should have the following information available:

  • Name of Student
  • Sylvan Identification Number (SIN) (If you are registering for the first time you
    will be assigned this number when you register.)
  • Phone Number (Contact phone number in case we need to reschedule an exam.)
  • Mailing Address
  • Billing Address (If different)
  • Exam Number and Title
  • Method of Payment (Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express),
    Checks*, or Sylvan testing vouchers)
Every exam costs $150 CD plus tax. After registration, I must receive a confirmation
notice in five days. Then, I have to call back for announcing the exam schedule and the
test center nearest to me. Therefore, please let me know my SIN (Sylvan Identification
Number) after you make a registration. If you need to schedule the exams during
registration, please let me know before registration.
