(Canadian
Association for People who Stutter): The intent of this web
site is to provide people who stutter, their family and friends, speech-language
pathologists, academics, students and the general public with information
on stuttering resources available both in and outside Canada.

Speech-Language and Hearing Association: This site is primarily
for SLPs and Audiologists. Consumer information from ASHA is available

disorders as prepared by ASHA. Also, use the search index and type "Speech".

Hyperlexia Association: The AHA is a non-profit organization
comprised of families and professionals sharing the common goal of identifying
hyperlexia, promoting and facilitating effective teaching techniques both
at home and at school, and educating the general public as to the existence
of the syndrome called hyperlexia. This is an extensive site with a range
of information, including a resource list and a section for interested
persons to network.
National
Centre for Voice and Speech: Primarily information on voice and
some speech (dysarthria, stuttering) disorders. An excellent "vocal
health" section.
CASLPA
- Canadian Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists:
Information about this professional organization is aimed primarily at
SLPs and Audiologists. The Canadian journal JSLPA is produced by CASLPA
and listing of articles is available.
Communication Analyzer: This is an excellent resource for SLPs. It consolidates a range of normative information and research on early language development. The Communication Analyzer is a tool to help parents improve the early productive language of their children by identifying developmental milestones.
The Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists
and Audiologists: Information about this professional organization,
primarily aimed at SLPs and audiologists. There may be a listing of therapists
on-line in the future.
Judith Maginnis Kuster's Webpage: An excellent, immense site. Information on all aspects of communication and communication disorders. Especially notable is the stuttering home page also maintained by Judith (stuttering home page)
