It is not often in life that we get a second
chance. But here, at the Family Awareness
Centre, we offer people
a second chance at life. Anyone with a desire to end destructive habits is welcome. We refure no one.
"Thank you, thank you,
thank you! Your support came to me in my time of need. I am now sober
for three years and feel so much hope. How do I thank you for saving my life?" J.K.
However, many people who are in desperate need of treatment do not have the resources or adequate
insurance to help pay the cost of our programs.
Our Second Chance Fund was established to provide funds and loans to help make recovery possible
for people without the means to pay for their rehabilitation.
"I came to you with no
money and no hope. You gave me both. You gave me my life back! I now realize
how richly blessed I am and I enclose a gift for your Second Chance Fund to aid those who still suffer.
