What qualifications do I need?
Medical degree from a school registered in the World Health Directory of Medical Schools that is evaluated to be equivalent to a Canadian/American school - Training in Family Medicine or a specialty from an approved program (12 months must be in Quebec)
What exams do I need to write?
Evaluation Exam or USMLE - Certification examinations in either Family Medicine or a specialty
What are the residency/immigration requirements?
You must be able to provide evidence that you are legally entitled to live and work in Canada.
What are the language requirements?
You must pass the French language exam.
