Some day Mormons will be worshipped
If Latter-day Saints are correct, then yes. Some day Mormons will be
worshipped on some planet.
Following all the precepts of the LDS church, Mormon Male XYZ will someday be
married to his wife for eternity and he will be exalted to a god,
while she will be his exalted goddess wife (the final destiny of these 2 faithful
Mrmons is found in Doctrine and Covenants
132:19,20).
Mormon Male XYZ and his wife will become Heavenly Parents since they followed God's plan. "They would have all power in heaven and on earth; they
would become heavenly parents and have spirit children just as Heavenly Father does" (found in Gospel Principles chapter 2, p. 14).
Mormon Male XYZ and his wife would be given their very own planet on which to procreate billions (?) of children like Heavenly Father and
Heavenly Mother did on planet earth. This is evidenced by one such quote, "Brethren, 225,000 of you are here tonight. I
suppose 225,000 of you may become gods. There seems to be plenty of space out there in the universe." Past Living
Prophet and President Spencer W. Kimball, quoted in the Doctrine & Covenants Student Manual, p. 358.
But it doesn't end there.
Mormon Male XYZ will become like Heavenly Father. They will become heavenly parents and have spirit children. He will be the object of
worship by his spirit children that he procreates. This is taught in Gospel Principles chapter 2 and Gospel Principles 47
(especially this one). Page 302 - "they will be able to have spirit children also.
These spirit children will have the SAME RELATIONSHIP to Mormon Male XYZ and
his wife as we do to our Heavenly Father (on planet earth)".
Since Faithful Mormons now worship Heavenly Father, so will Mormon Male XYZ's spirit children worship him. They will pray to Mormon Male XYZ and sing to
Mormon Male XYZ. And other things.
But Mormon Male XYZ's spirit children will need to be tested (just like Gospel Principles chapter 2 page 13 says). So Mormon Male XYZ will have his own
council in his part of the galaxy and decide on his own plan of salvation. So Mormon Male XYZ will create a physical planet for them and
then give them (a new Adam and Eve but with different names?) a mortal body.
Because Mormon Male XYZ's spirit children (new Adam new Eve) cannot have children and Mormon Male XYZ cannot work out the plan of salvation by himself,
he will need the assistance of someone evil to cause this new Eve to sin. This will force Mormon Male XYZ to expel his new Adam and his new
Eve from Mormon Male XYZ's Garden of Eden and Mormon Male XYZ will curse his new Adam
and his new Eve just like Heavenly Father did on planet earth.
But whom will Mormon Male XYZ send to be his sacrifice to save his planet from the curse of sin? It will be Mormon Male XYZ's first spirit child that
he procreated with his goddess wife. I wonder if Mormon Male XYZ will call him Jesus (in commemoration) just like Heavenly Father of
planet earth before him?
And it goes on and on ...
Mormon males will be worshipped on their own planets like they worship Heavenly Father right now. There will be sin throughout the Mormon galaxies
for ever and ever and ever. Sin will be eternal. There will be atonements for ever and ever and ever. This is unchristian and unbiblical.
Unlike the LDS teaching that there will be endless atonements (crucifixions) for sin, the Bible teaches that there will be no more offering for sin.
Hebrews (9:12-14) - "But this man [Jesus], after he had offered one sacrifice for sins FOR EVER, sat down at the right hand of God ... for by
one offering he hath perfected FOR EVER them that are sanctified"
By their rejection of the Biblical teaching, LDS "crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame" (Hebrews 6:6).
If the LDS church is true, all of this is going to happen. Latter-day Saints have the freedom to choose whatever they want
to teach, but this is not only unbiblical, it is unchristian.
Do you really want to be part of the Mormon church when you know what they really teach? That's up to you.
But as for Christians and the faithful of the Old Testament, they're going to be worshipping only the one true God.
The Bible says there is only one God and He said to worship Him only. The Bible describes Heavenly Father as a jealous God (Deuteronomy 6:15).
He will not share worship with anyone else.
