Give us as much detail as you can.
If you are not sure of the Mennonite village requests do not worry.
They can be given at a later date and refined with genealogical
information. Direct any specific village questions to Walter Unger

Flight
Travel Arrangements: Please
fill out this section completely. Direct any air questions to Marina
Unger by telephone 1-800-387-1488 ext 2827 or by email
marinau@vision2000.ca.
Travel
insurance: This
must be completed. If you do not wish to buy insurance you must
sign the form to let us know. If you cannot decide, it is
best to say YES. We will send you the cost according to what you
have booked. You can then cancel if you do not wish to take the
insurance. Direct your insurance questions to Jane Clemens by telephone
1-800-387-1488 ext 2243 or by email janec@vision2000.ca.
Payment for the Mennonite Heritage
Cruise can be made by cheque or by credit card (information on booking
form)

1. Deposit of $1400 CAD/USD to hold space.
2. Insurance payment at time of deposit
3. Final tour payment due July 18, 2008
Mailings to Registered Passengers
1. Receipt of deposit along with insurance policy booklet for those who
have bought insurance.
2. Early ‘2008 - Reading list, background notes, etc. (also
available on our Internet site)
3. September ‘2008 - Tickets & travel documents.
Mennonite Heritage Cruise and
Cancellation Policy
Once you have made your deposit, a firm contract exists between you and
Vision2000 Travel Group. If you decide to cancel 60 days or earlier
before departure your payment will be refunded minus a $500 CAD/USD
administrative fee. Refund is subject to airline cancellation
penalties. After this period no refunds are given.
Visa Requirements waived
Ukraine no longer requires visas
for North Americans. However you will need a passport valid until
mid-April 2009. We will require a photocopy of this passport at the
time of the final payment, due July 18, 2008.
We
