Crimea War Sites
This tour is not a glorification of war. This is a visit to the sites, including the famous Panorama Museum, of important events in world history 1854-1857 which deeply affected our Mennonite ancestors. It will include field visits to Suppoon Heights (Lord Raglan's outpost), Charge of the Light brigade and Balaklava harbour where Florence Nightingale briefly had a famous nursing station, plus a visit to a world class panorama depicting a day in the War. This tour has become a very popular option.

3. Stay in Sevastopol harbour and have a leisurely day
This may be a convenient day for some to relax. The ship is docked at Artillery Bay, right in the heart of Sevastopol, with interesting shops, markets, boulevards and maritime museums. Lunch on the ship may be a welcome thing too.
