departures: We are able to offer seats on both
Lufthansa and Austrian
Airlines. Both are Star Alliance members making it possible to
collect
Aeroplan points. Stopovers in Europe are possible, Frankfurt or
Munich
for Lufthansa and Vienna for Austrian Airlines. We can help you
with
your stopover plans in Europe. It is also possible for us to make
reservations with other airlines if required.
US departures: We are
able to offer seats on Austrian Airlines. Connecting flights are with
United Airlines. Stopovers in Vienna are possible. We can help you with
your travel plans in Europe. It is also possible for us to make
reservations with other airlines if required.

Your return mailing should
include:
Completed
booking form (both pages) and payment
Give us as much detail as you can.
If you are not sure of the Mennonite village requests do not worry.
They can be given at a later date and refined with genealogical
information. Direct any specific village questions to Walter Unger
whose email address is walterunger@ica.net.
Payment for the
Mennonite Heritage
Cruise can be made by cheque or by credit card (information on booking
form)
We will require a photocopy of your passport sent to us in July
with your final payment. Passports must be valid until April 15,
2010, 6 months from your Ukraine departure date. Canadian and US
citizens are not required to have visas to enter Ukraine for periods of
less than 3 months.
Schedule of Payments
1. Deposit of $1600CAD/$1400USD with application.
2. Insurance payment at time of deposit
3. Final tour payment due July 17, 2009
Mailings to Registered Passengers
(email or by regular mail)
1. Receipt of deposit along with insurance confirmation for those who
have bought insurance and air itinerary for those who have requested
air.
2. Early 2009 - Reading list, background notes, etc. (also
available on our Internet site)
3. July - invoice for final payment
3. September 2009 - Tickets & travel documents.
Mennonite Heritage Cruise and
Cancellation Policy
Once you have made your deposit, a firm contract exists between you and
Vision2000 Travel Group. If you decide to cancel 60 days or earlier
before departure your payment will be refunded minus a $500 CAD
administrative fee. Refund is subject to airline cancellation
penalties. After this period no refunds are given.
Travel
insurance: This
information must be completed on your booking form. If you do not
wish to buy insurance you must
sign the form to let us know. If you cannot decide, it is
best to say YES. We will send you the cost according to what you
have booked. You can then cancel if you do not wish to take the
